Heidi Barker was the Vice President of Global Media Relations for McDonald’s Corporation. She led the team in identifying bold ways to represent McDonald’s through traditional and social media by advancing McDonald’s reputation with influential journalists and stakeholders. Heidi helped manage some 20,000 media inquiries a year and is responsible for creating messages to elevate the McDonald’s brand. Heidi also specialized in crisis communications, prepares management for media events, and served as a McDonald’s spokesperson.
